Permission to use
You may install and use an unmodified official Denshin release for personal use or internal business use. Denshin remains proprietary software. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or provide it as a hosted service except where applicable law expressly allows it or you have written permission.
Preview software
The current release is a preview and may change, stop working or lose compatibility. Keep independent backups of important work and do not treat Denshin as the only way to reach a machine or recover a session.
Acceptable use
Use Denshin only with machines, accounts and sessions you are authorized to access. Do not use it to bypass access controls, disrupt services, distribute malware or violate another person's rights.
No warranty
Denshin is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, the copyright holder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising from the software or its use.
